Golgotha Compendium: Fifth Temple - Eidola
[Intro: Matthew Dommer]
Now we've reached the final call
Where I will break you down to nothing

[Verse 1: Matthew Dommer]
Suffocate, left behind to stagnate 'til we see the end of days
Timeless pain and endless weight, now I am anchored in effusion
Paradox of mortal man, I can't refrain my desperate hand
Deal the fated cards again, defy the odds as we begin to mend

[Spoken Word: Sergio Medina]
Most civilized people are out of touch with reality because they confusе the world as it is with the world as they think about it and talk about it and dеscribe it. For on the one hand there is the real world and on the other a whole system of symbols about that world which we have in our minds. These are very, very useful symbols, all civilization depends on them, but like all good things they have their disadvantages, and the principle disadvantage of symbols is that we confuse them with reality, just as we confuse money with actual wealth

[Chant]
Om mani padme hum

[Verse 2: Andrew Wells]
It's time to pick a side
Will your legacy fold under
The countless hoards of reprobates gnawing at your spine?
If you could give the world a savior, would you crucify yourself?
Or would you cower with the rest of them
And earn your place in Hell?

[Verse 3: Andrew Wells, Matthew Dommer]
I hear the desert call my name again for the seventh time
I fear our reach exceeds our grasp, so remind me where this ends
Hide behind the mask, conflagrate inside a void of silence
Speak now at last and pray to God this only ends in violence
