Ending of a Song Orleans

When I look into the mirror of her eyes
I see all my visions fading
Into lines of broken dreams
A map of traveled roads with dead-end signs
A folded pair of jeans with worn-out seams
When I stare into the sorrow in her eyes
I find all the doors unaltered
By the scars of many years
Of pounding as I tried to get inside
