There's a scar that brushes 'gainst the floor of Heaven
With every single step my Savior takes
To Him a beautiful reminder of what's precious
He left them there for scars have much to say

His scars remind Him of the Bride He purchased
When He died in shame for death on Calvary
His scars remind Him that His task is finished
Now the lowest man can come as loyalty
His scars are there to prove that death is conquerеd
And the grave cannot contain those who bеlieve
So, if you think His loving arms
Cannot reach to where you are
Look close at Jesus
