We felt impelled to do a very serious set
So this is going to be a very serious rock and roll set
And I don't want any of you to enjoy yourselves frivoulously(?)
Because it will run against national policy
Which rhymes by the way, which is how poets are
Anyway...where I come from they arrest people for less than that
And they won't give you a car
This is a song that was written under the influence of dreams
And it's about one man's journey from uptown to downtown
