Ready to attack
In expectation of our enemies

Once again defied
We approach the site
We're aware of a furious battle

Craving for the fight
Impatiently inside
Heading for our final freedom

At last we reach Patay
A field, wide and calm
The place, where we meant to meet
An enormous army in arms
Instead they prepared a deceit
By lurking underhand
Hiding behind the trees
In the forest behind the field

Suddenly a warning sign appears
We perceive the trap, seize sword and spear
