Benson (continued): The old cemetery is falling apart and the house is in need of general repairs.
Muscle Man: What's wrong with the house?
(The stair he's sitting on breaks)
Benson: That's what wrong with the house. The problem is, we don't have the money to fix any of it. So doеs anyone have any ideas for how wе can raise the money to cover these costs?
(Rigby raises his hand)
Benson (continued): Yes, Rigby?
Rigby: What's in it for us?

Muscle Man: Hey, I got some choice sports equipment in the shed! Let's have a sports tournament, and get physic--
