Gaps Groundbreaking

There's a hole in my heart
And I don't know a lot about
How to operate on a patient
Who wants that void to stay
Where it is and
There isn't much I can do
To help myself, I've tried it all
I'm tried and true
To the day I do
Find the pieces that don't
Let me fall

I've got questions and
I want answers
And if I never find the one
Who knows them all

Until I can't go on

Puzzle I can't complete
Can someone find them for me
Or help me at all
