6. 50 Cent (I know he hasnt been in the best form lately, but overall he`s a great rapper)

10. KanYe West ^^
This is about skills. Dre is my fav artist but he ain't the best rapper if we talk skills. But he make dem dope beats and best producer hands down. Comment your top 10 ;)
