Took you down to the river in my red Cortina
The seats were hot
She started blowing steam
Parked in the shade by a lazy bend

We swung out high and both dropped in

Splash that time we jumped in

That just couldn't wait

It took away our breath
Falling free as you and me went splash

We towelled off and I still remember
Your kisses soft and tender
And for a moment
All the world was ours

We laid on a blanket by the water's edge
Made memories I won't forget
It was real and we both knew it
We let go and we dived into it
