I was speeding down the freeway
On the road to nowhere
Looking for a major intersection
Lost and close to empty
And in need of repair

Well, the preacher said that Jesus
Is the truth and the life
So listen, you'd better heed my instruction
Take the straight and narrow way
And turn to the right
For the wide road leads to destruction
People give directions
That are misconstrued
But the Bible leads to heaven
And that's really, really good news
And only those that follow Him
Are going to get in
Listen, let me tell you again, hang a right
