Joachim Speidel:
"Resistance" is, funnily enough, the last track on the album, the first one we ever finished. We were playing it in shows for like a year, it was like a festival opener. I think it's also similar to Telle, "Eternal", it's like a war song. And we just wanted it to be heavy, but end on a positive note. So yeah, it's basically got like this super huge first hit. And it basically represents the battle and how it еventually into your favor, or turns in your favor. And you end up winning at the еnd. So it was a way of wrapping up the album nicely, where the heavy tracks eventually end on a positive note.
Stuart Brookes:
And yeah, it helps kind of guide the flow of the album and you know, kinda comes full circle. We get back to the melodic side at the end.
