An Answered Prayer Crabb Family

As a child I thought
That Mom could walk on water
Though others had their heroes
She was mine
She never traveled far
Or gained much worldly honor
But she could reach
The throne of God at anytime

Lord, would you tell Momma
That tonight her prayers were answered?
When the angels were rejoicing
It was for me
From the path of sin
My soul has been delivered
Please tell Momma that by her prayers
I now am free

With each passing day
Shе prayed I'd find salvation
But her Christian ways
Just nevеr fit my life
Since she made it home
I know that she's been waiting
Wish I could see her face
When she gets the news tonight
