Fast-forward to now
Santa came ‘round
And he’s sharing his Yuletide praises
And as an employer…
As urged by his lawyer…
The elves received healthcare and raises

And as for the wishes
Of the honorable Mrs
Saint Nick booked a month down in Cabo
The jolly old chap
Burned red as his hat
But at least he learned how to Mambo

So don’t worry children
The elves are still building
Your toy house, your tap shoes and sleds
Don your snowman apparel
And croon all the carols
And pray every night before bed

After all, it’s no secret
Saint Nick, well, he loved Jesus!
He spent his whole life serving God
He probably knows more
About serving the Lord
Than even I, he is a saint after all
