Both Sides of the River The Perrys

It's a supernatural feeling
To be born again
And to be among the chosen
Who can call a King their Friend
You may wonder how I know
It's plain for you to see
The Bible is the Living Word
The Author lives in me

And He owns both sides of the river
The earth and beyond the blue
And everything between it
He owns all that too
I know Jordan's deep and chilly
And very, very wide
But in the twinkling of an eye
I'll be on the other side

We have to make the crossing
For death is something sure
But when it comes to my time
I'll be ready for the tour
I'm going to cross chilly Jordan
When I hear that final call
And I plan to be escorted
By the King who owns it all
