I sit around the house in an undershirt

Let's all talk on the telephone before it's disconnected
They'd find macaroni and cheese if I was dissected
Every singlе check I write is gonna be postdatеd
And if one actually ever clears I will be elated
It's great to be out of a job (yes it is)
I look, act, and smell like a slob
I get spaghetti on my T-shirt
And friends say, "c'mon, get it together, Bert" (take it, Jon)
It's swell to be home from 9 to 5
I watch Bonanza on Channel 5
And when that's all done, I'll watch CHiPs
And polish it off with a big ol' box of Cheese Nips
(now Brad! Brad?)
