I'm glad you're here, so long we've waited
For this day the Lord has made
Some of you are tired and some are weary
From traveling a long, long way

Somebody clap your hands
Somebody praise Him for His mercy
Somebody praise Him for His grace
Somebody stand to your feet
And give a sacrifice of praise

Two men were cast in a prison cell
'cause they preached in Jesus' name
They were beat with whips and to the wall
Their Hands and feet were chained
At the midnight hour when all was calm
The jailor lay fast asleep
Deliverance fell
When the sacrifice of praise set those men free
