Unease brought us anger
Quicker than a blink
Grown up passerby's
Don’t ever stop to think
A juvenile skirmish
A bully on a bridge
And all my so-called friends
That look on so discouraged
Side eyes, blooded fists
Where am I?
My heads been battered in
With no one there
To stop the pulling of my hair
A growing mind still knows
That this just isn't fair
So I grew to hate
Too little, too late
For me, for you
And all the carried weight
With nowhere else to go
I take a crinkled breath
No longer need my vision
None left except my Lethe
Quicker than a blink
Grown up passerby's
Don’t ever stop to think
A juvenile skirmish
A bully on a bridge
And all my so-called friends
That look on so discouraged
Side eyes, blooded fists
Where am I?
My heads been battered in
With no one there
To stop the pulling of my hair
A growing mind still knows
That this just isn't fair
So I grew to hate
Too little, too late
For me, for you
And all the carried weight
With nowhere else to go
I take a crinkled breath
No longer need my vision
None left except my Lethe
