Today I was minding my own business here at home
And everything was fine until they called me on the phone

A big ole crew arrived with lots of cameras and mikes
They told me to smile or wave or do anything I liked

And here's what I told em, I said
They put on a long interview and asked me what I did
I told them "Nothin' much" but they grinned and shook their heads
