Welcome to this guided meditation for deep sleep
If you want to sleep better, this is a good place to be
I'm always on the road travelling, staying in so many different hotels
So when I come home, I love to sleep, in my own bed
I'm going to help you get into a relaxed state of mind, so you can fall asleep faster and rest more deeply
Before we begin, let's make sure you're ready to fall asleep
Have you switched off some of your devices?
Have you put away everything you need?
Sometimes we think of one more thing to do right before we fall asleep
Happens to me all the time
If necessary, take a moment to do that thing
Please begin by finding a comfortable place, a couch or your bed
Well let yourself drift through this space until you find yourself in the most comfortable spot there is
Now let's take a few breaths in and out
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth
Take a deep breath in and hold it for two seconds
Then release that breath through your mouth
Repeat this several times until you feel relaxed and ready to go deeper into meditation
Let's start to count our breaths
Breathe in and breathe out, that's one
Breathe in and breathe out, that's two
Let's keep going to ten
(Deep sleep)
