Though it's been a while
I remember as a child
Going to that country church
Up on a hill
Well, I've watched old preacher Brown
Preach the glory down
And sinners with the Spirit
Would be filled
They preached the Bible
They had revival
And the holy power
From heaven filled that place
And the Spirit would move in
Just like a mighty wind
Lord send revival again
Seems in this modern day
We have left the old-time way
The hearts of many people
Have grown cold
They say all things change with time
But you can't change my mind
That the power of His blood
Can make you whole
