I let my guard down just so I could let you in
I let it fall down cause I trusted you within
It's been a while but I can feel you on my skin
And every time I close my eyes I wish I'll see you when I open them

Take me from this mess I'm in

I painted a picture and I put you in it
Kinda hoping we would fit
But sometimes we don't
So we stare at these blank walls hoping they'll tell us what to do
But they're doubting us too
