Snow scattering and tumbling
Down from a tiled roof
City life melting the snow
A wet mud splash rebounds on
Snow disappearing under people’s feet
It’s breathtaking in the sunshine that
Twines itself around the white plum blossom
And my eyes melt into the sight of the scene
City life erasing the snow
Fading shadows of casual passersby
As they walk, their shadows
Jump and pause on melting snow
