Troublesome times seem to surround me
Slowing me down on this journey of life
Waters so deep I can't seem to cross them
Places so dark, cold and dark
I can't find the light
But Jesus will see me through
The dark clouds to the bright side
Holding my hand, step by step
He's leading the way
And faces of loved ones, now I can see
Far away voices sweetly sing
Lining the shore of the crystal sea
Waiting for me
Dark clouds above break into sunshine
Lighting my path and warming my soul
Comfort and rest wait in the distance
A refuge of love, my home above
Is my final goal
But Jesus will see me through
