River, tree and mountain
Free in time and Space
But they in the red dominion
Too hard on the plane of freedom
Gone is the life that God did for me
Nothin' is left that's free for our red and blue

When the smoke replaces
The factory waste fish kill
The eye of the sun is closin'
In shame at the sight of progress
Loss in our world, that's not really me
Livin' on like this makes me red and blue

Crunch of steel and concrete
Hard and whole, not gone
A beautiful land is dyin'
What thanks to the Earth that feeds and
