[SHERIFF, spoken]
All right. Break it up, you guys.

[HERMAN, JAKE, CLEM & AL, spoken, overlapping]
Ah, evenin' sheriff. We were just on our way home. We're just on our way, sheriff. We don't, you know we don't mean no harm here.

[JOE, spoken]
See you later, girls. Hey boss, I've been lookin' for you. I gotta— Hey, what's the matter with you? You don't look so good.

[TONY, spoken]
Yeah. At's-a right. I don't look so good.

[JOE, spoken]
Well, I don't want to add to your troubles, but I guess I'll be quittin' the job soon, boss. See, I just got me a travel bag.

[TONY, spoken]
When you wanna go, Joe?

[JOE, spoken]
Maybe two weeks. Maybe a month. You're not sore, are you? You can find a new foreman. Me, I'm gettin' restless. You know me. If it wasn't you were such a great guy to me, I wouldn't have stuck with you this long. But now, it must be spring or somethin'. I don't know. Every night I kinda feel it in the wind, when I drop into my bunk and I blow out the light.
